Vivian J. Staton

Vivian J. Staton, 83, of Plano, IL passed away on September 3, 2022. Vivian was born on September 24, 1938 in Johnson City, IL to Leborn and Audrey (Russell) Jent. Vivian worked most of her years at CTS Knights and then loved working in the Middle School cafeteria. Vivian loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved playing Scrabble with her sisters and on the computer. She was always happiest when surrounded by her loved ones.

Vivian is survived by her children, Frankie Staton of Plano, IL, Tim (Sue) Staton of Sandwich, IL and Vickie McGuire of Sandwich, IL; Grandchildren, Sarah, AJ, Ty, Ashley, Emily and Brandon; Great grandchildren, Malakai, Olivia, Conley, Avalyn, Nash and Jonathan; Brother, Curtis Jent; Sisters, Phyllis Rudolph and Gladys (Jim) Davies; Numerous nieces and nephews; As well as her best friend, Daisy.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Her husband, Frankie Staton; Sister, Shirley; As well as brothers, Arnold and Liston.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. at Beverage Family Funeral Home, 104 Terry Street, Sandwich, IL 60548. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home with a graveside service to follow out to Elerding Cemetery in Sheridan, IL.
