Sharon D. Johnson

Sharon D. Johnson, 76, passed away on November 16, 2022 in St. Charles, Illinois. Sharon was born on May 25, 1946 in Aurora, IL to Leonard and Mary Alice (High) Johnson. Sharon was brilliant and multifaceted. She was a resident potter at the Sandwich Fair for many years. She was into a natural and holistic lifestyle. She had a huge heart, loved kids and animals, as well as had a phenomenal sense of humor and a fun loving personality. She also wrote and loved to read murder mystery novels.

Sharon is survived by her brother, David L. Johnson, of Batavia, IL and a close friend, Mary Hawthorne, of Elburn, IL.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1022 N. Main St. Sandwich, IL 60548. There will be a visitation one hour prior from 9:00 – 10:00 A.M. at the church. Burial will follow out to Oak Ridge Cemetery in Sandwich, Illinois.
