Phyllis (Peach) Jean Peters

Phyllis (Peach) Jean Peters 85 of Lisle, formally of Woodridge passed away peacefully on October 18, 2018. She was born in Naperville, IL to George and Mabel (Dorsch) Butts on December 24, 1932. She married Frank Peters on October 1, 1955 at St Joan Of Arc in Lisle and spent the next 51 years happily married until his passing in 2007.

Phyllis loved horses and would enjoy going to Horse shows with Frank. She enjoyed her card club with her friends, played organ with her sister, but most of all she loved her time in Florida.

She is survived by her children, Sandie Marshinski of Wheaton, John (Karen Peters of Woodridge, and Jeff (Wendy) Peters of Woodridge, her sisters and brothers; Georgia (Sam) Palermo, Jackie McGuffey, George (Vickie) Butts, and Dave (Theresa) Butts. Her loving grandchildren; Shannan, Sean, Sara, Cory and Danny, and  Aunt to several  nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank, her brother Milton Butts and son-in-law Steve Marshinski.

Memorial visitation will be held on November 17, 2018 at Toons Funeral home in Downers Grove from 12:00-4:00 p.m. with the Memorial service to follow at 4:00 p.m.
