Pauline R Loos, born 08/19/1925 in Madison Wi. to Simon and Charlotte Rolsted. Passed at the home of her daughter on 01/08/2023.
Pauline grew up in Barron, Wi until the family moved to Waukesha, Wi. She graduated from the Kahler Nursing School, and was an RN for her whole working career. She met, and married John C. Loos Jr., (facilitated by John’s sister Marge, and Pauline’s sister Toby) and they had 4 children.
Pauline loved her family, spending time in St. Germain, WI at “the cabin”, Packers football, and her friends. She maintained many long term friendships some lasting 70+ years. She was an avid bird watcher, dog lover, and swimmer.
Pauline will rejoin her parents, husband John, son Brian, beloved sister Toby, and others who have gone before her.
She leaves behind her surviving children John (Jean) C. Loos lll, Eric R.Loos, Barbara (Thomas) Zitt.
Grandchildren John C. Loos lV (Jody), Steven Loos (Ashley), Erik Loos, Simon Loos (Courtney), Annika Zitt, Kiriahna (Bob) Stevens. Great Grandchildren Johnny V, Nolan, Brantley, and great grandchild number 4 due this month.
Private service will be held this summer at the cabin.
Donations in Pauline’s memory may be made to Unity Hospice, ASPCA or The Alzheimer’s foundation.
