Patricia (Patty) Ann Curtis

Patricia (Patty) Ann Curtis, 65, of Sugar Grove, IL passed away at her home surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer on April 13, 2019.  Patricia was born on July 4, 1953 in Jacksonville, Illinois to Marvin and Betty (Tucker) Beauchamp.

Patricia was a graduate of Oswego High School and spent many years caring for loved ones at Hillside Rehab & Care Center in Yorkville, IL as a CNA and also at Aurora University through Sodexo.  She enjoyed keeping in touch with family and friends through Facebook, but especially cherished her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

Patricia is survived by her sons, Tony (Amy) Curtis of Plano, IL and Tim (Elizabeth) Curtis of Albion, IL; sisters, Donna (Ernie) Surratt of Plano, IL, Carolyn (Jack) Draper of Carpentersville, IL and Debbie (Faustino) Gomez of Aurora, IL; grandchildren, Michael (Elizabeth) Curtis of Big Rock, IL; Bobby Curtis of Olney, IL; Dylan Klatt of Yorkville, IL and Katelyn Curtis of Plano, IL; great-grandchildren Blayke and Delaney Curtis of Big Rock, IL.  Along with several cousins, nieces, nephews and numerous friends.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Betty (Tucker) Beauchamp.

The family would like to sincerely thank the entire staff at Rush-Copley Oncology of Yorkville, Heartland Hospice and all her friends at Sugar Grove Senior Living that took tremendous care of her. 

Visitation will be held on April 18, 2019 from 3:30 – 5:30 pm at Beverage Family Funeral Home, 104 Terry St., Sandwich, IL 60548.  Memorial service will follow at 5:30 pm with Pastor Stevan Saunders of The United Methodist Church of Plano officiating.
