Mercedes Clark, 87, of Sandwich IL, passed away on Tuesday November 18, 2025, in the town of Sandwich IL. Mercedes was born on January 14, 1938, in Leland, IL.

Mercedes loved helping people and always brought a smile to the people around her.

Mercedes Cark is preceded in death by her husband Herbert Paul Clark Jr, her daughter Dena Rene Calrson, and Dena’s husband Tim Carlson.

Mercedes Clark is survived by her son Mikel Herbert Clark, Mikel’s wife Paula Marie Clark, 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, and the dearest friend Jerry Combs.

There will be no funeral services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be on a later date.
