Mary Magdeline Gray

Mary Mageline Gray 100 of Sandwich passed away in her sleep January 5^th 2020 at Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion Sandwich, IL. She was born May 14th 1919 in Rowland, SC to the late Sandy and Dovie ( Taylor ) Locklear.

Mary went to Fairmont , SC Schools, She married Montgomery Gray December 23^rd 1938 in Dillon, SC. Mary worked at the Pants factory in Sandwich and retired from DoMar Industries Sandwich.

They moved to Sandwich, IL in 1966, Born and raised 5 boys Wade E.  Deceased,  Julius ( Bud ) Deceased, Joe ( Deceased ) Roger and Wm ( Bill ) deceased.

She is survived By her Son Roger ( Dora )  of Lehigh Acres, FL, Several grand and great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Montgomery, Sons, Sisters; Martha and Snowey ,Brothers; Samuel, Que and William.

Mary’s life will be celebrated Saturday January 18^th at the Beverage Family Funeral Home Sandwich, IL at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior. Entombment will take place at Little Rock Twp cemetery Plano, IL
