Lois M. Eckburg

Lois M. Eckburg, 90, of Ashton, IL passed away on November 20, 2025. Lois was born on August 17, 1935 in Spring Valley, IL to Anton and Eva (Pachankis) Enrico. She married Blair Eckburg on November 12, 1966 in Amboy.

Lois was a graduate of Hall Township High School and KSB School of Nursing in Dixon, where she was employed as a Registered Nurse and a Nursing Instructor.

Lois is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Her husband, Blair Eckburg (January 19, 2012); As well as a sister, Judy Cleary.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025 from 9:00 – 10:00 A.M. at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 803 Paddock Ave Ashton, IL 61006. A funeral will take place immediately following the visitation at 10:00 A.M. with a graveside service to follow out to Ashton Cemetery.
