Judith A. Reese, 80, of Serena, IL passed away on September 25, 2022. Judy was born on October 9, 1941 in Sandwich, IL to Jerome and Helen (Hutchinson) Peterson. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers.

Judy is survived by 2 children, James (Peggy) Anderson of Sheridan, IL, and Step-son, Robert Reese of Ottawa, IL; 1 daughter-in-law, Michelle Reese; 4 grandchildren, Riley, Briana, Amber and Heather; 4 great grandchildren, Gage, Bricksin, Ivy and Hazel; 1 brother, Roger (Shirlene) Peterson of Sandwich, IL; As well as 1 brother-in-law, Dick Holmgren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Her husband, Rodney Reese; 1 step-son, Richard Reese; As well as 1 sister, Joan Holmgren.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. at Beverage Family Funeral Home, 104 Terry St. Sandwich, IL 60548. A private family graveside service will take place next day, October 16, 2022 at West Serena Cemetery in Serena, IL. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Beverage Family Funeral Home.
