Joe Neira 45 of Dixon passed away July 4, 2018 at Northwestern-Kishwaukee Hospital in Dekalb Twp. He was born on April 6th 1973 in Chicago, IL to Andrea and Santa (Suarez) Neira. He is survived by his mother, twin sister and a host of many relatives. He will be buried the catholic cemetery in Chicago, IL
