Jennifer M. Grace, age 50, of Oregon passed away unexpectedly on August 22, 2019 at her home. Jennifer dearly loved God, animals, music and dedicated her life to her 35 nieces and nephews.
She was a great aunt, sister, daughter and friend to so many.
In loving memory of our beloved sister, Poot, we will be having an open house to celebrate her life at Alfano's in Oregon, Illinois on Sunday, September 1, 2019 from 11-2 p.m. Please join us to celebrate her.
