James S. Crisp

James Stanley Crisp, 68, of Sheridan, IL passed away on January 31, 2025. James was born on May 21, 1956 in San Diego, California to Albert and Dolores (Rakoczy) Boin.

James was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Sheridan. He also enjoyed legos, hot wheels, woodworking and he belonged to the “Country Club” which was a monthly organization in Michigan.

James is survived by his daughter, Cordia Crisp; 1 sister, Val Yapole; 1 brother, J.R.; Best friends, Uncle Ray and Aunt Donna Rokita; As well as several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; His spouse, Verna; As well as sisters, Kathy and Pam.
