Elizabeth Ann Kaufman

Elizabeth "Betty" Ann Kaufman, 85, of Sandwich, IL passed away on May 20, 2026. Betty was born on October 12, 1940 in Sandwich, IL to James David and Luella (Bedeker) Burke.

Betty was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Sandwich. She enjoyed shopping, going out to eat and socializing. She had worked as a clerk at the Super 8 Motel in Yorkville and the Roosevelt Square Nursing Home.

Betty is survived by her children, Sandra Parkins of Ottawa, IL and Michael (Holly) Kaufman of Sandwich, IL; 3 grandchildren, Amber, Kristena and Heather; Great grandchildren, Jeff, Josh, and Mila; As well as 2 brothers, Jerry Burke of Earlville, IL and Jimmy Burke of Glen Ellyn, IL.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Her Husband, Paul; 1 grandchild, Kayla; And 2 sisters, Marilyn Striegel and Mary Lou Gleason.
