Christine J. Mabry

Christine Jay Mabry, 53, of Plano, IL passed away on August 30, 2025. Christine was born on April 18, 1972 in Sandwich, IL to Charles and Linda Mabry. She was a member of the First Babtist Church in Plano, IL where she was involved and loved her church family. Christine had a love for fishing with her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed traveling with family, her favorite place was Florida. She had a caring heart and would always be there for family and friends. Christine was a loving mother, sister, and aunt and will be missed by many family and friends.

Christine is survived by her daughter Kelly Nichole Desponett of Thermopolis, WY; sisters Kimberly Ann Killey of Plano, IL, and Karla Lynn (Chad) Dierdorff of Somonauk, IL; nieces and nephews, Joshua (Lindsay) Harvey, Tiffany Andrews, Rebecca (Alex) Pickett, Ryan (Krista) Killey, Samantha and Sidney Dierdorff; 13 great nieces and nephews; and 2 great-great nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Linda Mabry; brother Kelly Mabry; 1 brother-in-law Scott Killey.

Family has put together a memorial to be held at Silver Springs in Plano, IL Saturday September 6th starting at 12:00. There will be no burial services due to Christine’s wishes to be cremated.
