Charles ( Chuck ) Card

Charles ( Chuck ) Card 61 of Sandwich passed away peacefully at Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion Sandwich. He was born July 15th 1958 to the Late George and LeEtta ( Childs ) Card in Ellensburg, WA.

Chuck graduated from Sandwich High School Class of 1977, went on and served his country with the US Navy from 1979-1983. He married Wanda Gray who they later divorced but remained friends and with that union had 3 children whom all survive. 1 son; Johua Card, 2 daughters Ariel and Amanda Card. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters in laws George and  Connie Card of Sheperdsville, KY and Dr. Edwin and Wanda Card M.d of MaComb IL.

He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grand parents and his parents George and LeEtta.

Private interment will take place At Pratt Oak Lawn Cemetery, Sandwich, IL
