Bernice M. Miller

Bernice M. Miller, 98, of Sandwich, IL, passed away on May 19, 2023. Bernice was born on November 27, 1924 in Sandwich, IL to Albert and Ellen (Anderson) Peterson.

Bernice was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Sandwich. She enjoyed gardening and walking around town, Silver Springs and her niece’s field. She also traveled throughout all 48 contiguous states. Bernice was an avid bowler and an excellent baker and cook.

Bernice is survived by 1 daughter, Elaine Miller of Sandwich, IL; 3 grandchildren, Alicia Seaton, Kellie Abens and Mark Herman; As well as many great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Her husband, Randal Miller; 3 children, Elizabeth Deutsch, Betty Herman and Shirley Risk; As well as 5 siblings.
