Arlene Gloria Brennan

Arlene Gloria (Palenske) Brennan was the quintessential caregiver for her family.  Mom was deeply dedicated to her Roman Catholic faith. She was adventurous and full of life!  In her younger days she travelled the world, parasailed, snow and water skied, played tennis, loved horse back riding and cycling the Great Western trail.  She was an avid gardener and loved animals of all kinds.  Mom will be so very dearly missed by her family, friends and wonderful caregivers.

Arlene recently lost her husband Jim, of 61 years and is survived by her children James Jr, Teresa Killebrew and her husband Kevin, Cathy Becker and her husband Gary, Joseph and his wife Sandi, 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Arlene was preceded in death by her husband Jim, her parents Elizabeth and Elmer Palenske and her sisters Joanne and Patricia.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, July 27, 202 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Somonauk, IL at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Kevin Butler as celebrant. Private burial will be held next week at St. Michael's Cemetery Wheaton, IL
