Rita Holladay

Rita Holladay 90 of Sandwich, IL. passed away January 10th 2018 at Willow Crest Nursing Pavilion Sandwich. She was born on August 3rd 1927 in Grassy Cove, TN to the late Lee and Sarah Mae ( Bristow ) Smith. Rita enjoyed gardening, bird watching, Reading, word puzzles and most of all she ejoyed and loved her family. She is survived by her loving children; Gale Holladay-Baxter of Sandwich, David ( Cindy ) Holladay of Crystal Lake and Mark ( Yolanta ) Holladay of Gurnee. Her sister Ruth Miller of Garden City, MI. 7 grandchildren John, Emilyn, Rachael, Doug, Maggie, Laura and John and 7 great grandchildren; Richard, Ross, Avery, Iris, Kira, Penny and Elliott. Her ashes will be buried in Tennessee. Any memorials may be directed to the Billy graham Foundation or National Alliance of Mental Health .
