Gerald ( Jerry ) Bernard Carpenter

Gerald B. Carpenter 77, of Sandwich passed away January 6th 2018 at Northwestern/Central DuPage Hospital , Winfield, IL. He was born on September 15th 1940 in Chicago to the late Albert F. and Evelyn ( Rammon ) Carpenter. He served his country with U.S. Army. He attended Loyola University. He was an avid Chicago sports fan, he enjoyed watching TV , game shows, gambling and camping. He is survived by his loving wife Marry Kay of Sandwich. His children Michael ( Shannon ) Carpenter of North Aurora and Christie ( Raul ) Chaidez of Northlake. Sister Sandra ( Bill ) Babiarz of Addison and his Brother Bobby Carpenter. He grandchild Luke Chaidez of Northlake. And several nieces and nephews. Service will be held Saturday January 13th 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at the Beverage Family Funeral Home 104 Terry Street Sandwich, IL. Visitation will be held same day at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. till the time of service
