Jack Glover

Jack Glover 79, lifelong resident of Plano, IL. Passed away December 3, 2017 at Rush – Copley Medical Ctr. Aurora, IL. He was born on June 21, 1938 in Morris, IL. to the late Maurie and Lila ( Vacca ) Glover. He married Phyllis Martin on November 16, 1957 and out of that union they had 2 wonderful children. Jack was a car guy, he enjoyed working on cars, and he built a 1932 Ford Roadster and took it to car shows. He enjoyed wood carving, but what he enjoyed the most was his great grandson William. Jack really enjoyed visiting with family and friend he was known to have never met a stranger. He had a great sense of humor. He is survived by his loving wife Phyllis, Son; Jeffrey (Loretta) Glover of Leland and daughter; Judy White of Sugar Grove, IL. Grandchildren; Jacob Glover, Amanda (Ryan) Domeracki, Alicia (Andrew) Levels,Allison Glover, Spencer White and Mitchell White. And his special great grandson William Domeracki. He preceded in by his parents his sisters, Joan Millen and Kay Gibson and son in law Richard White. Funeral services will be held December 8, 2017 at the Beverage Family Funeral Home 104 Terry St. Sandwich, IL. at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Joe MacDonald officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery Sandwich, IL. Visitation will be December 7, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home. www.beveragefamilyfh.com
