David Heath Hammonds 48, of Ashton passed away April 21, 2017 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center Rockford. He was born on June 14, 1968 in Geneva, IL. to the late Rupert and Shirley ( Rich ) Hammonds. He is survived his children Shelly, Brianna and Wyatt. His Sister Teresa ( Travis ) Russom and Brother Marty ( Marie ) Hammonds. Per his request no services will be held.
