Brian Keith Crotty

Brian K. Crotty 56, of Sandwich passed away December 2, 2016 at Kishwaukee Hospital Dekalb, IL. He was born on October 29, 1960 in Blue Island, IL to Maurice and Sharon ( McGivern ) Crotty. Brian married Cynthia Wagner November 13 1981 in Palos Park, IL. Brian enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, playing his guitar, loved all the professional Chicago sports teams, enjoyed cooking, listening to heavy metal music and going to and taking his kids to rock concerts. Those who knew him all knew him as a jokester. He leaves behind his loving wife Cindy, his mother Sharon of Thompsonville, IL. 3 children; Patrick ( Carmela ) Crotty of Ottawa, Stephanie Crotty of PeKin, IL and Nicholas Crotty of Sandwich. 1 sister; Lisa Law of Thompsonville, IL. 2 brothers; Maurice “Butch” Crotty and Michael Crotty both from Thompsonville, IL. Sister in law Kathleen Crotty and 2 precious grandchildren Brayden and Elena. Fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father and his brother Richard. Funeral service will be held Wednesday December 7, 2016 at 7p.m. at the Beverage Family Funeral Home Sandwich, IL. Visitation will be same day from 1p.m. till the time of service at the funeral home.
