Theodore William Panas 73 of Ottawa, IL. passed away on November 9, 2016 at OSF St Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. He was born on August 14, 1943 to William and Lorraine (Mullholland) Panas in Chicago, IL. He proudly served his country during the Viet Nam War as a member of the Army.
