Linda Joan Walter

Linda Joan Walter 73, of Sheridan, IL passed away September 26th 2016 at her home with her family by her side. She was born on November 22, 1943 in Sandwich, IL to Vinard and Pauline (Blevins) Floyd. She married Theodore Walter on November 22, 1963. She loved knitting and as a Nurse cared for several families during her career. She is survived by her husband Theodore, her daughter Holly, and a grandson Sam Walter of Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Thad Walter in 2012, and a brother Vinard Walter Jr. Funeral Services for Linda will be Saturday October 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation from 10:00 a.m. till the time of service at the Fox River Lutheran Church 2785 US Route 52 Sheridan IL with Pastor Kevin Garner officiating . Burial will follow at the Northville Cemetery, in Somonauk. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service.
