Patricia Diane Conforti

Patricia Diane Conforti 62 of Sandwich passed away suddenly at her home on March 15, 2016. She was born on January 30, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois to Timothy and Crystal (Nelson) Cornell. She met and then married Arthur Conforti on June 8, 1996 in Elk Grove Village, IL and spent the next 19 years happily married. Left to cherish her memories are her husband Arthur, her loving children; Pedro (Sandra) Gomez, Carrie (George) Buenrostro- Espana and Katrina Avakana. Her precious grandchildren: Tara, Michael, Earl, April, Ashara, Lonece, Melissa, Michael, Mary, Christina, and Jonathon, a great grandchild, Christopher, sister, Karon Neuman and a brother Dennis Cornell. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son-in-law Porfirio Buenrostro. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
