Frances Cecelia Nitz

Francis Cecelia Nitz 93 of Yorkville, formerly of Somonauk and Chicago, passed away March 7, 2016 at Season’s Hospice in Naperville. She was born in Chicago Illinois on January 23, 1923 to Samuel and Antonette (Calo) Terantino. She was a longtime residence of Somonauk and Chicago. She married Arnold Nitz on September 21 1943 and spent the next 72 years happily married. She is survived by her husband Arnold (Arnie), her children; Bernard (Nancy) Nitz of Franklin Park IL., Janet (Joe) Filipovits of Sandwich, IL. and Arnold “Skip” (Kathy) Nitz of Boyd WI., 14 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren., 2 sisters Angela and Marion. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Dorothy. Memorial service for Francis will be May 22, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Beverage Family Funeral Home in Sandwich, with Fr.
