Bessie B. Patterman 80 of Sandwich, passed away at Jennings Terrace on January 23 2015.She was born on January 30 1934 in Chicago Illinois to James and Bessie (Botwinski) Navalny. She is survived by her children; James (Debra) Patterman of North Aurora, and Janice (Robert) Arvin of Oswego IL, her sister Jacquline Miller; her grandchildren BJ (Shawndra) Arvin, Patrick Arvin, Matthew (Valerie) Patterman and Beth (Steven) Edwards; great grandchildren Patrick J Arvin II, Colton J. Edwards, Maddie Edwards , and Natalie Patterman; 3 step great grandchildren; Kayleigh, Faith and Kalyb. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Alois (Pat) who passed away in May of 2012, her sister in law Patricia Newton, and her good friend Mary Ann Neiman. Visitation will be Friday January 30, 2015, from 2:00-7:00 p.m. at the Beverage Family Funeral Home, Sandwich IL., Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home with Fr. Andrew Hougan officiating. Inurnment will be held at St Peter and Paul Cemetery in Naperville, IL at a later date. Family would like to thank the entire staff at Jennings Terrace for the wonderful care they gave our Mom in her last years. Also thank you to the ICU staff at Rush Copley and Seasons Hospice staff that made the lasts days of our Mom final journey on earth a peaceful one. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Jennings Terrace, St Judes Children Hospital or donor’s choice.
