Barbara Jean Naker

Barbara Jean Naker, 75 of DeKalb passed away at Kishwaukee Hospital on July 10, 2014. She was born on January 31, 1939 in Belvidere Illinois to Gerald and Helen (Hicks) Mowers. She loved sewing, quilting and gardening, especially tending to her vegetables. She is survived by her children Doreen (Dennis) Carrico of Carol Stream, Kenneth (Vicky) Naker of Chipley, Florida, and David Naker of Navarre, Florida and 7 grandchildren; her sister Cora Wirtz of Sandwich Illinois, and Brother Jerry (Sally) Mowers of Malta, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents. Graveside services will be July 23, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at Highland Garden of Memories of Belvidere, Illinois.
